Job Description

Job TitleAccounts Partner - Fully Remote WorkingLocationLondonSalary£125,000 - £160,000A client of ours, an independent firm based in central London, are looking to bolster their senior leadership team by bringing in an Accounts Partner to the team to work alongside the Owners of the firm.What makes it interesting with this firm and role is the flexibility, you are able to work remotely. They do have a London office, but the majority of the staff are based all across the UK, meaning they will never be an office-based firm.You will deal with technical accounting queries and will be the driver of results within the firm.Details of the role

  • You will oversee the delivery of all accounting services provided to clients
  • Work alongside the CEO to implement a commercially viable, operational strategy that well thought-out, well delivered and understood across the team
  • Client facing - you will provide suitable strategic and technical advice and guidance to clients with regard to their accounting affairs
  • New business winner - you will develop new business to help the firm achieve their growth plans
  • People management - managing a sizeable team
What youll need to succeed
  • You will be a fully qualified Accountant
  • You will be a self-starter, a remote working role means full responsibility and flexibility for your career
  • Be a technically strong Accountant, able to interpret complex accounting issues and provide advice and guidance to clients
  • Bring in new ways of managing results and driving change
  • Be a highly technical individual comfortable with difficult accounting issues in accounts and tax
