Job Description

As a Creative Account Manager:
  • Identify and provide solutions to client issues that can cover a wide base and include all corporate and personal financial matters.
  • Deliver advice that covers all financial and commercial aspects
  • Create relationships with the clients teams both internal and external, at all levels of personnel and assisting on ad-hoc client projects.
  • Overseeing the delivery of general compliance deadlines on a client portfolio, including liaising with clients and other teams
  • Working with staff and Partners to ensure that all deadlines are met, highlighting any delivery issues and suggesting approaches to rectify them
  • Managing the team, including managing workloads, training, developing knowledge and client handling skills, and being actively involved in the performance management of individual team members
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of work
  • Responsible for engagement management including making financial decisions in relation to budgeting, time management, billing, and cash collection
  • ACA or ACCA qual
  • Previous experience within the music sector background
  • Right to work within the UK without requiring sponsorship
