Our client, an internationally renowned media branding company based within London have an immediate requirement for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join one of their busy finance teams for a 3-12 month assignment.The company has experienced better than expected results over the past year and subsequently requires an immediately available candidate with experience of the following duties and responsibilities.Full process Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Reconciliations, assist the finance manager with month end duties including prepayments, accruals, reporting and other ad hoc financial tasks.You should have experience of using various accounting packages, preferably Maconomy and also strong excel skills, Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.Youll need to be immediately available, be able to work from home and go into their office (Covid protocols in place) for initial training.Title: Accounts AssistantType: TemporaryDuration: 3-12 monthsStart: ASAPLocation: North LondonPay rate: £12-14 per hour (35 hours per week)Industry: Media
