Job Description

* Paying up to £28,000* Based in East London (Full Time)* Great Benefits & Study SupportAccounts Assistant, East London, Staffing and Recruiting, £26,000-£28,000An exciting opportunity has arisen in a high growth group within staffing and recruiting. With some exciting growth plans and big projects in the near future this is an extremely exciting time to join.We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team where the role is primarily focused on a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines.The role is high-profile with interactions across all the managers within the business and as such, you must have good communication with a happy-to-help attitude. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn more about finance,whilst also gaining experience in a growing, fast-paced business. Key responsibilities:- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.- Manage staff expenses and ensure compliance.- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.- Assist in financial reporting and audits.- Maintain organised financial records.- Provide administrative support to the finance team.- Supporting the department with other administrative tasks, when asked.
