Job Description

Accounts Assistant Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an ambitious and growing property company based near Farringdon Station to source a permanent Accounts Assistant to assist the Financial Controller and wider finance team.Duties:

  • Dealing with various accounting queries and issues for the group
  • Posting invoices and receipts to the ledgers
  • Processing petty cash and credit card expenses
  • Payment of supplier accounts
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Credit card expense administration
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required, in particular at month end.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience working in a finance environment
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs etc)
Salary + other information:
  • £25,000 to £30,000 DOE
  • Based near Farringdon Station
