Job Description Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to work for a great business based in the Henfield, West Sussex area. The Accountant will ideally be CIMA / ACCA qualified or a finalist. The Accountant will be working with the Finance Managerwith everyday accounts as well as the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial information. Salary: £45-50K Location: Office based, Henfield. Parking onsite Duration: 12 month FTC The Accountant duties:
  • Coordinate processing of financial paperwork to ensure accurate costing information is available
  • Manage and maintain the fixed asset register
  • Verification and processing of expenses
  • Provide a balanced cash flow and forecast
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with supplier payments and ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare fully reconciled schedules and analysis of financial control accounts
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Manage and produce a weekly Debtors report
  • Preparation of the reconciled taxation schedules for approval and submission
Skills and experience:
  • Proven Accounting experience working in a similar Accountant, Management Accountant type
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ideally be ACCA / CIMA qualified/finalist
