Job Description

The Skills Youll Need: English fluent,experience in account service within bankingYour New Salary: Competitive + Bonus + BenefitsHybrid: 5 days in the officePermanent Start: ASAPWorking hours: 9:00am-5:00pmAccount Service Administrator-Banking - What Youll be Doing:

  • Create and maintain accurate client information and static data on internal systems;
  • Process the opening and closing of personal and business flexible accounts and fixed deposits accounts;
  • Handle cash deposit and cash withdrawal. Safe keep the cash-box and do cash count daily;
  • Process Inward Remittance (IRM) and Outward Remittance (ORM) transactions;
  • Process Bureau De Change business;
  • Process internet banking and mobile banking business;
  • Maintain customer files by compiling available information and consolidating into the relevant systems;
  • AML Suspension Reporting;
  • Handling customers enquiries and complaints;
  • Internal and external reports;
  • Bank statement and other leaflets posting;
  • Assist with GDPR ,PSD2 and other project work when required;
  • Generate and verify SCV File information;
  • Conduct daily basic CASS review operation in accordance with established "policies".
Account Service Administrator-Banking - The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is plus.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Good organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of different departments
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Accurate reporting skills
  • Good team player and be responsible for teammate actions
