Company: Robelko International Leathers is an established sales agency (family business established over 40 years ago), representing an exclusive group of leading European leather tanneries and webbing manufacturers who supply luxury fashionand interiors brands within the European and American Markets.Our role is to support these tanneries with their sales to customers in Europe and America - primarily to well-known luxury fashion brands producing handbags, shoes and other apparel. As a part of our role, we also work closely with factories and manufacturersin Europe and Asia following the production of leather and webbing through to the final manufacture of goods for global retail.Vacancy: Account Manager / Sales administrator - This fun and diverse role is responsible for the day-to-day management / administration of existing customers orders and their suppliers. Many of these are based in Spain and Italy and sothe chosen candidate must be fluent in either / both of these languages as well as being fully conversant in English. The relationships with these suppliers is long-established and so the successful candidate will enjoy an energetic and collaborative workingrelationship with them.An essential part of what we do involves developing and maintaining good relationships with our existing customers and suppliers and so the successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to understand, solve and mitigateany issues the suppliers or brands may face. No other specific previous experience is required as full training will be provided but the right candidate must be well organised, efficient and computer literate.Main duties / skills required:
