Job Description

Account Manager Join a dynamic and growing business in London offering excellent career and working environment!Experience in IT Sales / Unified Comms / Telecoms Sales would be ideal!As an Account Manager - your duties will include:Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsPresent services and tools, to new and existing customers to ensure customers are receiving maximum value from their investmentPromote customer adoption for all of productsGrow and maintain revenue consistently from opportunities to go above KPI setLearn and recognize triggers based on customer behaviourLiaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our productsDemonstrate customer advocacy and develop ideas and initiatives within relevant departments to ensure customer loyalty at all times Maintain an organized reporting within relevant CRM and Marketing / Sales web toolsMonitor the statistics of existing and new accounts to spot growth, loss trends, cancellations, orders, invoicing, traffic, etc.Requirements:A born sellerContagiously positive thinker with a can-do attitudeGlobal, multicultural, cosmopolitan mindsetLoves brainstorming and getting the best out of othersExtremely determined to succeed, a self-motivated pacesetterA smart learner who recovers quickly from setbacksAbility to establish excellent rapport with all levels of decision-makersBS degree or equivalent level acquired through experienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in account management and/or salesExcited by the challenge of selling and the science of making the perfect pitchInterested in other cultures, internet technologies, and the telecoms industryDemonstrable communication skills and ability to meet targetsHigh level of skill in necessary business tools including MS Excel and PowerpointExcellent presentation, organization and time management skillsBenefits
