A hugely dynamic and fast-growing agency, youll have the opportunity to shape your role within the team and build your client portfolio as your career develops.About the RoleYou will be part of both the media planning and buying teams with some client-facing responsibilities. In particular, leading re involving the use of digital media channels, coordinating and writing the supporting detailed media plans. Great organisation, internaland external team coordination skills, a passion for the client servicing and making the complex simple will be critical.Youll be a direct client contactMaintaining a strong working relationshipEnsuring we are continually considered as an extension of the marketing teamYoull understand your clients category and add value with your opinionsDemonstrate an ability to make recommendations that will positively impact their businessesYoull help to give day to day guidance to less experienced team membersUnderstand new trends & introduce new media opportunities within your planningWork with specialist teams to deliver cohesive, fully-integrated cross-channel plansClearly communicate to clients how the channels will work togetherUnderstand how both individual channel KPIs and overall campaign KPIs will be used to measure the success of your plansBe able to source and recommend suitable performance benchmarks against KPIs setUnderstand how to build test and learn opportunities into your planning when relevantPresent cross-channel plans to clientsManage media bookings and finance process in particular for digital channelsManage campaign set-up, management and reconciliationManage campaign reporting & analysisConfidently make recommendations for optimisations and adjustments to better deliver objectivesYoull coordinate & collate central account management documents such as year plans & finance trackers for use of the client & the wider agency teamAbout the Candidate The ideal person for this position will be positive, participative, self-confident, friendly, self-starting, competitive, inquisitive, imaginative, factual, consistent and self-disciplined.
