Job Description

Quattro, an innovative and Elite HubSpot Software Solutions Partner, is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join its service delivery team on a remote (work from home) basis.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own with a huge amount of autonomy and potential to progress within the company. Offering the latest growth strategies from artificial intelligence and chatbots to automated marketing and smart web technologies, we transform businessesand help our clients dominate their competitors.Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work as an integral part of the onboarding and service delivery team
  • Managing the delivery of CRM, software, website and inbound marketing projects
  • Account management and software onboarding
  • You will need to have strong rapport-building skills as well as the ability to manage and coordinate the delivery of projects to tight timescales
  • Being a driven self-starter is a key requirement of the role, as the position is purely remote
  • HubSpot experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
  • You will have a marketing background and be comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Using tools like Slack, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
  • You will be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of agency life
Required Experience:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Prior experience in marketing and account management
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate over the telephone, video conferencing tools and in person
  • A current drivers licence, and own vehicle
  • Able to work in the UK
Required Skills:
  • It is a requirement of this role to take the following certs during the first 90 days;
  • HubSpot inbound Certification
  • HubSpot Marketing
  • HubSpot Social Media Marketing
  • HubSpot Client Management Certification
  • HubSpot Delivering Client Success
  • Completion of an NDA (Training materials will be supplied)
