Job Description

Account ManagerWe are supporting a well-established business who are recruiting for an Account Manager. This is a full time, permanent opportunity that will offer you hybrid working. You will work from the Oxford Circus office 1 day (every Thursday) and then from homethe remaining 4 days a week. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm and the salary is £30k (OTE £35k 1st year).Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and building and developing client relationships
  • Responsible for commercial KPIs for the portfolio of clients
  • Preparing presentation of reports to clients, including website monitoring and statistics
  • Booking and attending client meetings and following agreed action points
  • Assisting with compliant marketing copy to help raise awareness of schemes
  • Completing account renewals, ensuring client renew their contracts
  • Monitoring and enhancing client profitability
  • Answering enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a timely, professional, and accurate response
  • Dealing with ad-hoc client requests as required
