You would take the lead on the necessary research, creative thought and strategic thinking required for us to serve our clients and develop our business. Workingacross all our major client accounts, your insights and advice will inform senior decision makers at major global businesses on issues at the forefront of ESG, cultural policy, digital transformation, and brand marketing.Through the support of the wider team, the right candidate for this role would be positioned to grow into a senior-level position with regular leadership and development opportunities.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client and internal projects in close collaboration with the rest of the Boster Group team, analysing research with creative ideation and interpretation to provide actionable, strategic recommendations
  • Creatively and collaboratively brainstorm compelling ways our clients can activate their brand partnerships
  • Support the creation and execution of bespoke partnership strategies, from content ideation to implementation and measurement of success
  • Develop client projects by leveraging the due diligence process to suggest creative solutions and identify opportunities
  • Work closely with partners in social impact and the arts, including leading cultural institutions, artists, foundations, and academic institutions globally
  • Support Boster Groups business development process: researching, initiating and developing prospective client relationships; writing proposals and pitching; negotiating contracts; creating client presentations and writing end-of-project reports
  • Prepare regular key news reports for the team
  • Manage prospective partners, freelancers and other external third parties to service clients
  • Support the CEO and work alongside the account team on every stage of project lifecycle
  • Represent the company as required at industry events
  • Pursue business and relationship development opportunities through events outside of office hours, and travel in the UK and abroad
Required Background and Experience Please note that if you do not fill all the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.
  • Professional experience with a specialisation in marketing, business development, partnerships and/or consulting. We would consider a variety of backgrounds but a passion for and knowledge of social impact is essential
  • Experience of undertaking research and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • The demonstrable ability to distil complex information and determine appropriate next steps according to the objectives of the project
  • Strong analytical, measurement and written skills
  • Educated to a degree level; a post-graduate degree or qualification is an advantage
