Job Description

The RoleOur Downstream NaturalResourcesClient ServicingTeam is looking for an Account Executive. You will be aligned to our Downstream Property and Casualty sales and broking colleagues in London, our global network offices and our operational team in Mumbai.Weplacebespokeinsurance andreinsurancesolutionsforourdiverse clientbase,ranging from large global corporate clients, to Small and Medium sized Enterprise (SME) and new start-ups.We are an integral part of the end-to-end client servicing function, beginning with leading the discussions with our clients to establish their insurance requirements through to the completion of the insurance product. This often takes the form of face-to-facemeetings with the client as well as the insurance market to carry out programme and structure design workshops. We work closely with the London market broker during the process and co-ordinate all stages of the placement with key stakeholders involved, whichcould include Captive insurers, Lenders / Legal Advisors, Engineering professionals and/or Surveyors and Valuation companies.Weareanagileworkingteamandutilise theskillsand proximityofthe Londonmarketasrequired, to fulfil the clients’ requirements.Theroleencompassesregular clientandunderwritercontact,inperson(whetherinouroffice orat their location), or via all other available communication method

  • Understandtheclients’business andtheirriskmanagementneedsandlook for solutionsto deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service.
  • Identifyprimarybudgetholders anddecisionmakers withinclients,establishandmaintain active relationships with these people.
  • Providetechnical,industry andsubjectmatterexpertisewhererequired.
  • Liaisewithclientsandbuildstrong relationships.
  • Determineappropriatesolutions,structure,priceandplacementstrategiesthatmeetthe clients’ needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.
  • Growexisting portfoliobyidentifyingnewfromexisting opportunities.
  • Workalongside(andprovide directionasappropriate)tothe NaturalResources Account Handlers based in Mumbai.
  • Providerenewal documentationwiththesupportofAccountHandlers andBrokers
  • Respondquicklyandaccuratelytonewbusiness introductions.
  • Activelyidentifyopportunitiestoworkwithcolleaguesacross thebusinesstocapitaliseon account penetration and cross selling opportunities.
  • Maintainadetailedknowledge ofproductsandservicesoffered by WTW to enable identification of cross selling for differing lines of business opportunities.
  • Checkpolicies,market presentationsandclient documentationasappropriate.
  • Designprogrammeandpricing structurestobestmeettheclient’sneeds basedon knowledge of the client, the insurance market and industry sector proposition.
  • Leadanddelivertheendtoendongoing clientservice,adhering tostandardisedpolicies, procedures and service standards.
  • Developmentofserviceplansthatdefine theengagementandtimingofengagementwiththe client.
  • ManageKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPI’s)/ServiceLevelAgreements(SLA’s)toensure targets are met.
The Requirements
  • Experienceofworkingwithandadhering toprocessesandsystemstosupportclientservice delivery.
  • Proventrackrecord ofdeliveringhighlevelsofclientservice.
  • Skilledatbuildingeffective relationships,atalllevels, withclients,prospects,associates, insurers and external specialists.
  • AbilitytorepresentthepracticeandWTW withintegrityandcredibility
  • Strongcommunication,negotiationandinfluencingskills
  • Someone who can work collaboratively
  • PreferablyeducatedtoALevel orequivalent
  • LookingtostudytowardsDiploma CII(DipCII)orACII.
