Job Description

Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learnabout new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary service post campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programs
  • Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server, and 3rd party reports
  • Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and escalate issues to Planning management
  • Manage billing for accounts, working with internal Delivery Ops teams to examine any discrepancies
  • Support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors and Managers as needed

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google GSuite (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Able to handle numerous high-level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
