5 x Middle Office Underwriting SME: London (Hybrid 2-3days/week in office)Our client a company listed on the NYSE that is leading the business process management industry with a combination of technology knowledge, analytics, and a drive to create innovative, digital-led transformational solutions is looking for a Middle Office Underwriting SME. You as the Middle Office Underwriting SME will be working with the Delegated Underwriting team. The level of experience of the Middle Office Underwriting SME is flexible, but London Market/Lloyds of London experience and experience in oneclass of business (Cyber, Financial Lines, Political Violence, Transactional Liability and Environmental) would be required.As the Middle Office Underwriting SME, you will be within the underwriting operations function to act as a subject matter expert in one of the respective classes of business; Cyber, Financial Lines, Political Violence, Transactional Liability and Environmental. You as the Middle Office Underwriting SME will need to have a thorough understanding of different clauses and wordings used by underwriters in the risk documents. You as the Middle Office Underwriting SME will assist with design and documentation of the processes and help in transitioning the processes offshore.As the Middle Office Underwriting SME, you will be the point of contact for any process change to work along with technology, transformation lead and Business Analyst and participate and sign off User Acceptance Testing. You as the Middle Office Underwriting SME will work with the offshore SME to cascade any process changes and manage any urgent ad-hoc requests.Requirements:
