Located in South East London, we are currently working alongside a small and growing IT MSP who due to their continued growth, are now looking to increase the size of their existing team with the appointment of an additional 3rd line support engineer.In conjunction with the growing demand for their services, they are looking for someone that will work very closely with the existing team members alongside the existing 3rd line engineer. To help share the workload, ideally this role will be a mix of both technical support as well operationally helping to take a lead role in managing and mentoring the team where needed.Ideally you will hold the following skills / experience:
