  • You will have a Minimum of 5 Years experience of IT Support, with client exposure and project work
  • As an expert in your field, you will continually work to improve and streamline processes and increase client satisfaction rates
  • You will be confident facing clients, troubleshooting issues and technically leading projects
Technical Requirements
  • Windows Server
  • Office 365 + Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Expert Level on Citrix
  • Hyper - V / XenServer
  • Networking Knowledge - LAN/WAN/vLAN/ Firewalls
