3rd Line / Project Engineer - MS Cloud & Citrix - IT Managed Services ProviderUp to £60K + On-Call and overtime (x1.5)London basedThe roleAn exciting IT Services business are undergoing a period of growth due to continued success and require a 3rd Line / Project Engineer with expertise across Microsoft Cloud and Citrix technologies.This business is known for their innovative, highly skilled workforce and this is a great opportunity to join a growing cutting-edge business.The 3rd Line / Project Engineer will ideally have existing experience of working for an IT Solutions Provider / Managed Services Provider and should hold deep expertise across a range of Microsoft and Citrix technologies.You will be skilled in both 3rd Line escalation type support as well as implementation and migration projects.Key responsibilities• Provide a technical escalation point for 1st / 2nd line team members• Troubleshoot client support incidents, liaising with our clients over the phone, email, web-ex or on client site.• Working in conjunction with our consultants to deliver projects including implementation and migration phases• Helping customers solve technical issues with their infrastructure• Liaising directly with end users and client side IT stakeholders to resolve any problems• Documenting systems and procedures as implemented for and on behalf of customersKey skillsA mix of the following skills are needed to perform this role (not all);
