2nd line support analyst (6-month FTC) - £25-30k pro rata. REMOTE WORK My client, a leading professional services company is actively recruiting for an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst on a 6-month pro rata basis. There is potential scope for this role to convert to permanent employment.This position will cover 2nd line support on the Service Desk across 3 shifts (0800-1600, 0900-1700 & 10:00 to 18:00) Monday to Friday.Ideal skills for the position of 2nd line support analyst:• Exceptional 2nd level support experience preferably within a remote support position• Current Windows OS (Windows7 & 10) level knowledge• Current MS Office level support experience• IPhone & Mobile Broadband experience• Active Directory experience• Laptop support experience & knowledge• ITIL foundation (desirable) or working understanding
