IntaPeople are working with a renowned Cloud and Managed Service provider who are looking for some talented 2nd Line Support Analysts to support their most prestigious clients in London.Experience:- Minimum of 3 years in an IT Support environment (ideally within an MSP)- Up to date knowledge of Windows servers technologies- Virtualisation (VMWARE)- Knowledge of VPNs and Firewalls advantageous- Experience supporting multiple clientsWhat you will be doing:- Providing level 2 support to maintain clients infrastructure- Creating and maintaining client documentation- Using your experience to help mentor level 1 engineers- Investigating and resolving customers issues and agreeing timelines for issue fixes- Liaising with clientsWhat youll receive-Between £35,000-£45,000 DOE- Option for Hybrid Working- Income Protection- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays- 2 Personal development days each year- Paid day off for your birthday- Free On-site GymSound like the next opportunity for you Apply now to be considered.
