IT Support £26,000 to £32,000 plus outstanding benefits packageLondon, EC3ACome and join this growing, privately owned insurance brokerage firm who are looking to take on an experienced IT Support Analyst who has provided VIP 1st and 2nd Line face to face support, on a permanent basis with outstanding career opportunity, fantastic benefits as well as an exceptional working environment and impressive offices.As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. You should have detailed knowledge and understanding of Incident, Problem and Service Request management processes. You should also have solid experience in an IT Service Desk environment and working in a technical customer facing role.Seeking candidates with a smart and friendly attitude and experience gained within highly corporate environments.
