Job Description

IT Support £26,000 to £32,000 plus outstanding benefits packageLondon, EC3ACome and join this growing, privately owned insurance brokerage firm who are looking to take on an experienced IT Support Analyst who has provided VIP 1st and 2nd Line face to face support, on a permanent basis with outstanding career opportunity, fantastic benefits as well as an exceptional working environment and impressive offices.As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. You should have detailed knowledge and understanding of Incident, Problem and Service Request management processes. You should also have solid experience in an IT Service Desk environment and working in a technical customer facing role.Seeking candidates with a smart and friendly attitude and experience gained within highly corporate environments. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced in-house support team who provide technical support across the business.Key Skills requiredMust have Citrix Support and Meeting Room Support (Cisco Webex, Teamboards), AV to apply!

  • MS Office 2016
  • ITIL knowledge / qualifications preferred
  • Citrix Support (Desktop Director)
  • Meeting Room Support (Cisco Webex, Teamboards), AV
  • Remote Support- TeamViewer or other
  • Mobile Phone set up using Airwatch/(MDM)
  • Cisco Desk phones with Jabber
  • Secure Printing
  • Windows Bit Locker or equivalent
  • New Starters including desk set-ups
  • Laptop/Desktop support and imaging tools for Laptops/PCs
  • Exposure to Apple Macs
  • Windows File structure Backups
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory administration & Group Policies
  • LAN/WAN/WI-FI fundamentals
  • Service Desk Tools for day to day incidents/tasks.
  • In addition, any experience with Office 365, VMware, experience with third party apps, application deployment tools and Smart Deploy would be a bonus, although not a requirement!
