Job Description

2nd Line IT EngineerCentral London & WFH£40,000 + Microsoft CertificatesA heavily cloud-focused Managed Service Provider is looking to add a driven 2nd Line IT Engineer to join their team to help manage an increasing workload, as a result of adding many new clients to their portfolio.The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with various aspects of IT Infrastructure, as-well as undertaking formal Microsoft training.The Role:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to a range of clients & users, relating to the following technologies: Windows Server, Windows OS, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure
  • Provide technical support for network connectivity; DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, switches, routers
  • Complete administrative tasks in the Office 365 admin portals, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Assist with mobile device rollouts using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware related issues, including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices
  • Provide deskside/onsite support
  • Provide assistance & work with senior engineers on a range of projects
