Looking for an ambitious and driven 1st Line Network Support Engineer(s) to help make their growth dreams a reality! Key Responsibilities You will deliver 1st line support for the IT service desk which isintended to act as a single point of contact for all Network, Hardware, Software and service-related enquiries and issues Ensuring all incidents and service requests are appropriately logged, prioritised, and progressed efficiently and professionally. Followestablishing proactive problem management processes to identify and resolve common or underlying issues. Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry developments and best practices regarding user support and service delivery. Technical requirements MicrosoftOffice suite 365 Knowledge and familiarity of WAN and LAN technologies/protocols, including: MPLS, DMVPN, WiFi, VLAN, SNMP. WAN - A basic understanding of Cisco/Sonic Firewalls/ Meraki Stack DMZ zones LAN - A basic understanding of core networking, CAT6 cabling(patch panels), managed switches, telephony VOIP Microsoft updates, Back-up Software/understanding Good knowledge of iOS and mobile phone support Experience General IT background and/or Computing or ICT qualification Cisco technical accreditation Basic NetworkingSkills e.g. patching Hardware & Software Troubleshooting Experience of remote access Experience of working within a helpdesk role Essential Criteria Basic to Intermediate understanding of IT Desire to progress in a Networking position Full Driving licenserequired.
