As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you must have experience working in a very customer focused environment and enjoy Desk Side Support. In this 1st Line IT Support Engineer position, you will be the main point of contact for any initial IT enquiries, logging any technical support issued and help colleagues/customers face to face and over the telephone. This is an ideal 1st Line Support Engineer position for someone who wants to progress and further develop their IT experience.
