The Headteacher and Governors arelooking to appoint up to 3 INAs to work both in a small groups and 1:1 with achild or children who display some barriers to learning.These could beacademic but equally could be emotional barriers so kindness and patience arekey skills that any candidate should have. We are looking for someone who iskind, patient and above all, has a good understanding of the inclusion agenda.Previous experienceof working 1:1 with children to support their learning isessential.
