Youllbe encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.In this role youll:

  • Be the point of contact for the Finance Team; answer and field questions and liaise with the senior managers & directors as necessary.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, liaise with delegates, book meeting rooms and ensure that sufficient time is allotted in between meeting requests.Responsible for updating and collating information for a variety of documents for the Finance Team ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Responsible for monthly team meeting department slide presentation, liaising with Directors and Senior Management.
  • Understand and support in the firms general insurance policies and provides guidance within the business.
  • Collate insurance queries and liaising with the firms insurance broker
  • Arrange the Finance Team social events.
  • Organise, facilitate and take meeting minutes as required.
Youll be someone with:
  • Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • PA/Admin/Office Manager experience desirable.
  • Strong command of spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • The ability to adapt at managing multiple tasks whilst keeping track of own workload using a to do list or similar.
  • A flexible approach and adaptable.
