Deputy Operations ManagerLocation: Gatwick, Hybrid and travel to South East locations where requiredJob Type: Full Time PermanentOccupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Deputy Operations Manager Gatwick, Hybrid and travel to South East locations where required. Full Time Permanent basis. Duties- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring we are controlling and directing our business with a unified, strategic focus and delivering services to our clients and customers of the highest quality and in line with all contracted SLA’s.To support the Operations Manager in running the operational area, providing leadership and management for the operations and other relevant staff ensuring they are supported and developed to perform at their best. Provide Line Management for a team of 6-10 people. Work with the team to ensure compliance with all company, regulatory, clinical, and other legal policies, and proceduresGeneral day to day running of the office and all operational matters including management of suppliers.You will haveGood I.T. skills and MI presentation •• Management and Organizational Experience • Full driving license and own reliable transport• Smart, professional appearance and conduct • Demonstrable evidence of leading a team • Operational experience in Healthcare and/or Security environmentsSalary £37,500
