MDH Recruitment are recruiting for a nightshift production operator for our client based in Loanhead. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to work with a well-run business where you will be able to develop your career in the manufacturing industry.Start date for this role is Monday 25th March 2024This is a nightshift role - 10pm to 8am.FOUR DAY WEEK. Monday to Thursday. You will be off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. NO WEEKEND WORK.£12.07 per hour - Weekly pay.Job Description:You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce parts that meet our clients’ high-quality standards. This role involves setting up machine and monitoring the production for quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines for production runs, including installing moulds and setting machine parameters based on the product specifications.
Monitor the production process to identify adjustments in machine settings or materials to improve the quality and efficiency of production.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating parts, to prevent malfunctions and extend machine lifespan.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and product quality issues promptly.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience within a manufacturing environment would be a big plus.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
