Job Description

Finance AdministratorAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Finance Administrator based in Loanhead. The successful candidate will earn £20,000 - £25,000 a year.The role involves managing daily and monthly processes of both sales and purchase invoicing using Sage software, providing admin support to the Sales, Hire and Service Departments in meeting overall targets and objectives.This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company who are growing year on year and are consistently delivering the highest standards of hardware and software based solutions.Role Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
  • Good organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritising workloads.
  • Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Sage Line 50 experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, mainly Excel and Word.
Role Responsibilities
  • Overseeing customer accounts including Credit Control and customer receipts.
  • Ensuring customer invoices and statements are sent in a timely manner.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure payments are made.
  • Processing customer and supplier invoices and supplier account reconciliations.
  • Processing customer and supplier payments and remittance.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and posting credit card receipts/payments.
  • Handling incoming calls & emails.
  • Collecting and reviewing data for reports as requested.
  • Suggesting improvements on accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Providing general office support.
