Would you be interested to join a leading facilities management company with a reputation for excellenceAtalianServest is currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our passionate and driven team in Edinburgh on a permanent basis!The purpose of this role is to work within our 2nd line Desktop support function supporting and learning from the IT Operation Team.Reference: /SW/06-05/358/14Job Title: Desktop Support AnalystSalary: CompetitiveWorking Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per weekLocation: EdinburghYour primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with your peers to ensure that all tickets assigned to the desktop support team are resolved within their SLA and with quality and customer service in mind.
  • Managing stock orders and keeping our colleagues updated to ensure their expectations are managed throughout the lifecycle of their requests.
  • Alignment of ways of working and processes to the wider AtalianServest UK IT team to ensure consistency in our service provision.
  • Working closely with Service Desk to upskill and transfer knowledge to both improve 1st-time fix rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the drive to align processes between AtalianServest and recently acquired businesses.

  • Documentation Creation.
  • Azure AD.
  • MDM / Intune.
  • SharePoint.
  • ITIL Framework.
