Design Engineer (Control Panels)£45,000 - £48,000 + 245 Hrs Holiday + Excellent Company Benefits + Career Progression + Additional TrainingEdinburgh, Scotland (Commutable from Midlothian, Livingston, Musselburgh)Are you a Design Engineer with experience in control panels looking to become a technical expert for a pioneering company whilst working on bespoke products from cradle to graveThis is an excellent opportunity to work in skilled team of industry specialists in a market leading company. There will be plenty of opportunities for development with continuous on-the-job training and encouragement to move up to senior positions and beyond.This longstanding and well-established company have gone from strength to strength and are looking to expand their R&D department to ensure they remain at the forefront of their industry.In this role you will work on the research, development and design of a wide range of products. You will work within a specialised team of experts and will oversee projects from start to finish.This role would suit an Design Engineer with control panel knowledge, looking to work for a continuously expanding, specialist company where you will take the lead on technical design projects.The Role:

  • Managing projects from cradle to grave
  • Providing design and technical support
  • Developing new products and working with several departments
The Person:
  • Design experience
  • Control panel experience
  • Degree Educated in Control / Electrical Engineering or relevant Apprenticeship with HNC
