Job Description

Would you be interested to join a leading facilities management company with a reputation for excellence Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Contract Team Leader to join our passionate and driven team in Loanhead!Reference: TS/CM/28-06/449/1Job Title: Contract Team Leader Salary: CompetitiveWorking Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 37.5 hours per week Location: LoanheadYour primary responsibilities will include:

  • Timely invoicing and reporting of the WIP on a dedicated contract including queries between Operations Managers.
  • Ensuring revenue associated with out-of-scopeillable work orders is maximised and that the GP % in financial applications is at an acceptable level.
  • Price and produce client apply application/invoices line with billa ing timetable
  • Invoicing of client projects works.
  • Provide regular MI & Reporting on FM WIP & SIs.
  • Work proactively to reduce e current level and ageing of contract WIP.
  • Support the resolution of debt and payment issues with clients.
  • Assist Contract Administration Manager with tasks & assisting where needed.
  • Produce reports and anomalies/exceptions on direct costs.
  • Provide administrative support to Commercial Administration Manager / Operations Director on Contract Variations, Debt and pipeline reports.
  • To carry out any other duties commensurate to the role.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Previous experience in working in similar role.
  • Diligent highly numerate with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Full clean driving licence
Key Skills:
  • Computer literate, experience in Excel & Finance systems essential.
  • Self driven and focused individual with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work as part of the wider FM team.
  • Proactive/problem solver.
  • The ability to understand contract conditions.
  • The ability to investigate and resolve financial queries from internal and external sources.
