Job Description

Would you be interested to join a leading facilities management company with a reputation for excellence Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our passionate and driven team in Loanhead, Edinburgh!Reference: /SL/08-09/581/5Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant Salary: CompetitiveWorking Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week Location: Loanhead, EdinburghYour primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare the daily cash reports for submission to Group.
  • Assist the AR Manager with debt recovery and reporting.
  • Prepare, maintain and post monthly accrual journals (revenue and cost accruals)
  • Prepare and post monthly payroll journals.
  • Reconcile and agree on monthly intercompany accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the contract P&Ls.
  • Prepare yearend reconciliation pack.
  • Assist with the collation of the audit testing documentation requested by the auditors.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual contract budgets.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the new ERP system.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience of ERP system / Microsoft Office.
