Information and Planning AssistantGrade 6Salary range £25,545 - £26,421 per annum37 hours per weekPermanentIn the role of the Information and Planning Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with teams across the Service, assisting with development of business plans and supporting users of our Management Information System with guidanceand training. You will also support your own team in the maintenance and development of the system and in our planning processes.You will ensure information is accurate and up to date, enabling timely and accurate information flow within the Service and to external organisations. Attention to detail is key, along with excellent time management and experience of using Microsoft Officepackages, particularly Excel.This is a permanent role based at Fire Service Headquarters, Forest View Business Park, Llantrisant.We are a family friendly organisation and a flexible working system is in operation.The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check and be required to undertake a Drug and Alcohol Test prior to an appointment being made.The closing date for receipt of applications is 12/06/24 at midday.
