They arewithin the Logistics distribution and supply chain sector.DescriptionThe Warehouse Manager will be responsible for;

Oversee daily warehouse operations within the FMCG industry.
Implement efficient warehouse processes and set operational standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Coordinate logistics and liaise with transport companies.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a positive working environment.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Manage budget and warehouse costs, aiming for financial efficiency.

ProfileThe successful candidate for the Warehouse Manager role will have the following skills and experiences:

A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background with exposure to FMCG, Retail OR Ecommerce
A minimum of 5+ years Logistics management experience.
Proven track record in identifying change and shaping operations within a friendly close knit team
Able to work with an established team and have the desire to create change initiatives to create a great culture
Have managed in excess of 40 People
Experience of creating and Delivering KPIs along with working with a wide range of customer hitting SLAs
Have good written and verbal communication skills.
Be results driven and commercially minded.
Be within a REALISTIC commute to Llangadog
