An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Directorate Manager for the Respiratory Directorate within Unscheduled Care. The post holder will be based at the Royal Gwent Hospital.The post holder is a senior management professional within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). Working with the Clinical Director, Senior Nurse, Service Leads and the Assistant General Manager (AGM) they will be expected to provide professional management support, leadership and expertise to ensure that Respiratory services under the managerial remit of the Unscheduled Care Division are effectively and efficiently delivered in line with Health Board and Divisional National, objectives and policies.The Directorate Manager will provide leadership, direction, strategic and operational management for all staff within the Directorate to ensure the provision of a modern, patient focused service.
