HRGO have this rare and amazing opportunity for call handlers to work in a call centre bases in Cwmbran.This is a temporary role for the right person.You will be operating a computer system, this role will require you to be a real team player and provide information clearly to your colleagues. If you can operate effectively in a busy environment under pressure this could be the job for you.Exceptional planning and organisation skills are desirable. An Enhanced DBS check will be required if successful.This is a challenging and emotional role with lots to learn in a high-pressured environment that is ever changing.Expectations of staff-You will be an effective written & verbal communicator.Customer service experience, effective listening skills, 5 GCSEs grade A*-C including English, key board skills & computer literate.
