Your patience, empathy and caring nature make you the ideal person for this role.Much of your role will be spent supporting autistic adults with day-to-day task, enabling them the opportunity to live as independent and fulfilling life as possible. On good days, youll help them with their activities on site, take them for beach walks andtake them for a road trip.Other days, youll need to take on a more Carer focused role, helping vulnerable adults with personal hygiene and care.Sometimes, if the person youre supporting is having a hard day, youll need to support and keep them safe whilst they calm down. Its ok though, youll be given all the training you need.
