Solicitor - Property & Private Client - Llanelli TSR Legal are currently partnering with a multi service law firm based in Llanelli who now have an opportunity for a Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their expanding team. Our clients property & private client team pride themselves on providing the best legaladvice across all property matters both commercial and residential.Our client is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years post qualification experience to join the dual team with a mixture of office and home working. Applications are encouraged from fee earners who have pure conveyancing orpure private client experience as the firm are keen to develop in both areas.As a Fee Earner you will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload consisting of sale and purchases, lease extension, new building and help to buy schemes as well as buy to let on the property side. In relation to Private Clientmatters, you will manage the full spectrum of probate, wills, LPAs, COP, deputyship, estate planning and inheritance tax planning.The firm are able to offer an extremely competitive salary as well as full team support.
