This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased maintenance candidate to join a well renowned business in the South West Wales area. This role will see you working for household name, maintaining the production machinery as well as facilitiesfor the production site and the estate. With a strong order book, this is the chance to join a very secure business with a strong orderbook. This is a days based role and would be a perfect for a candidate looking to get off shift.Job Description
  • Manage and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians.
  • You will be responsible for facilities and machinery maintenance in the factory and retail sites.
  • Responsible for electrical, mechanical, facilities maintenance. Working on industrial ovens, mixers, silos in the factory as well as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and lighting.
  • Complete reactive maintenance and PPM.
Requirements
  • Electrical qualifications are an essential.
  • Health and Safety qualifications - IOSH, NEBOSH etc.
  • Experience of factory and facilities maintenance.
  • Experience of managing small teams.
