Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Credit Control Supervisor for our client based in the Llanelli area. This role is integral to the Finance Team and requires a candidate who can efficiently oversee debt recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established industry leader in their sector with a large-scale operation that extends across the UK. They are renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.DescriptionThe Role:· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the credit control team.· Implement effective debt recovery strategies.· Ensure all credit control processes align with industry and company standards.· Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and collection activities.· Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients.· Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for monthly reports.· Monitor client accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.· Offer recommendations for improving credit control procedures.ProfileThe Ideal Candidate:· A solid understanding of credit control principles and practices.· Accounting qualifications or working towards, preferred.· Experience in manufacturing industry or similar, preferred.· Excellent IT skills, especially MS Excel.· Strong leadership skills.· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.Job Offer· A competitive salary.· 20 days holidays, plus bank holidays, with annual leave increasing with service.· Pension scheme.· Employee assistance programme.· A stable full-time, permanent position within a reputable company.Apply today and take the next step in your career!
