Seeking a highly competent HSE Lead to oversee, manage, and enhance our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programmes.   • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programmes.
  • Lead the team in conducting risk assessments and audits.
  • Drive HSE initiatives across the engineering and manufacturing departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training to employees.
  • Manage incident investigations and implement corrective measures.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness across the company.
  • Report on HSE performance to senior management.
ProfileA successful HSE Lead should have:
  • A degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation.
  • Exceptional communication and training abilities.
Job Offer
