Job Description

Complete Care Amegreen is a complex homecare provider, looking for dedicated and passionate Care Assistants to join our growing team. This role will see you making a real difference in someones life by helping them to live with grace and dignity in theirown homes.If you are looking to make a difference in someones life - seeking a vocation, with real purpose and job-satisfaction - then this role might be for you. Youll be working on a one to one basis supporting a client with a Spinal Cord injury in their own home, on a permanent contract with regular, guaranteed hours.We will be offering you a full or part-time contract, with a regular rota, along with bespoke care training, and ongoing personal development to ensure you have the right knowledge and skills to full-fill your role.The RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will be providing hands-on personal and clinical care to your client, making a positive difference in their lives on every shift. Youll need to be flexible to a range of shifts, including alternative weekends, following typicalshift times, as below:Bank contractDays: 09.00am-21.00pmWake Nights: 21.00pm-09.00amLone working so must be fully flexible.This is a really rewarding environment to work in, youll have the opportunity to build up a strong relationship with your client and positively impact their daily lives.Care Assistants can look forward to the following benefits:
