Job Description

UX Designer *Graduates with relevant experience welcome to apply*Who is RWinvestRWinvest is an award-winning market leader in UK property investment. Since 2004 we have successfully built a reputation for delivering exciting and profitable developments in the buy to let sector to investors in the UK and across the globe. As a result of our continued success, we are expanding our marketing team in our Liverpool head office. This is an office based role and cannot be performed remotely. You must be happy to work in our office environment.Key skills we are looking for:

  • Degree in Graphic Design/User Experience or similar field
  • Have an outstanding portfolio of website design that demonstrates their skills, ideally showing strong web design skills
  • Creative, innovative graphic design skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience creating websites with WordPress
  • Proven ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (All packages)
  • An understanding of design principles and values across web and print
  • Knowledge of SEO, and ability to adapt any web development to core SEO principles
  • Comfortable using a mobile-first approach to all website design
  • Up to date with the latest design trends, tech and software
    • Desirable skills:
  • Knowledge and experience of WordPress, HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Strong understanding of UX design methods and approaches to design thinking
  • Skills with prototyping tools (Invision, Figma, Sketch etc).
    • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
  • Responsible for building/designing on-site web pages
  • Continually improve and optimise the user experience
  • Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help grow the creative strategy
  • Monitor site traffic and KPI measures identifying any problems with site performance and CTA features of the website
  • Understand best practice and latest development in SEO and ensure the website is up to date for these both technical SEO and content SEO
  • Being instrumental in improving the online customer experience in order to improve conversion and serve the business’ commercial objectives
  • Contributing as a team member and work collaboratively and courteously with other staff members and project stakeholders to meet business objectives

  • We offer a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
