We guarantee accurate and compliant payments, manage taxes and deductions and deliver statutory benefits akin to traditional employment.The position :The role of the Partnerships Sales Executive will be to generate additional revenue per user (ARPU) fromthe Caroola Group’s existing client base, delivered through a series of outbound marketing and salescampaigns as well as supporting the wider contractor sales team through data and client insight.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand the full breadth of Caroola Group brands and service offerings delivered both
  • internally and through third party providers - the role will cover the full breadth of brands in the
  • group
  • · Be seen as a trusted advisor to our clients, adding value to the relationship we have with them
  • · Work closely with the operational teams to pass back any positive or negative feedback received
  • in the account reviews
  • · Have a good understanding of third party offerings such as business insurance, wealth and
  • mortgage, private medical insurance - the aim is to introduce these services, to pass a good
  • qualified lead over to the partner to close
  • · Look for opportunities to up-sell different accountancy and umbrella packages to clients based on
  • their current package and need for support
  • · Identify client referral opportunities with the current client base - building rapport and trust with
  • the clients to identify opportunities to gain lead referrals
  • · Manage time and resource to meet the monthly KPI’s in regards to subsequent additional service
  • leads generated for the business
  • · Keep a detailed record of all calls on the relevant Customer Relations Management (CRM)
  • software and pass details to partners
Skills and Experince Required
  • Excellent telephone manner - this is not a hard selling role but a trusted advisor
  • Negotaions skills and to ability to provide a consultative service
  • Experience in objection handling to overcome any concerns from clients
  • Process driven to manage time and output on a regular basis
  • Strong time management skills to make use of the time to deliver on results
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Results driven demonstrating a professional attitude ·
  • Self-motivated and adaptable and positive attitude to change
  • Strong team player
