Job Description

Quality Document Coordinator & Archival Solutions Specialist6 months fixed termAn exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company as a document coordinator in order to support two low value payment business partners and to provide support to the maintenance of global quality system processes, procedures and operational activities relatedto Quality Assurance.Role PurposeTo provide oversight of the Document and Records Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to, Document Management, Archival, Application of Global Quality Policies & Standards and project work. You will also provide EDMS technical support, includingassurance that all aspects comply with cGMPs, legal and regulatory requirements.Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform as EDMS Document Coordinator including workflow and effective document management for Controlled Documents
  • Notifying staff of new, revised and withdrawn controlled documents
  • Support site and function audit preparations with respect to EDMS/eArchive functionality
  • Assist with the delivery of document management author training
  • Actively participate in team meetings
Essential Experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Exposure to a regulated environment, ideally within GxP.
  • Experience with electronic management systems for documents, specifically Documentum preferred.
