Exciting career prospects await a seasoned Personal Injury Fee Earner within a prestigious Legal 500 firm based in the heart of Liverpool city centre. This esteemed firm, recognised for its commitment to excellence, is actively seeking a dedicated professionalto join their thriving and expanding team.As a renowned, national law firm, our client is at the forefront of the legal landscape. Owing to sustained growth, they are now seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to champion and manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files up to a value of£25,000 with the possibility for litigated exposure (performance dependant). The candidate will need to work individually with high attention to detail but alsobe an enthusiastic and motivated member of the team.A big aspect of the role will be instructing medicalexperts and reviewing medical evidence, reviewing claimant losses and vehicle relatedlosses, assessing Liabilityand the prospects of a case, drafting witness statementson behalf of the claimant andattendingconferences with counsel.A perfect candidate is described as a dedicated, personable individual with excellent work ethic and someone who is keen to progress and anxious to contribute to the team.
