Job Description

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Online Customer Service representative for a client based in Speke.Responsibilities will include:* Manage large amounts of incoming emails.* Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to ensure the customer is fully informed.* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents* Understand our online store Terms and Conditions, and ensure these are kept up-to-date with guidelines.* Provide any feedback from customers to the operations team which could improve our current methods.* Check product availability for customer orders and order or restock items if necessary to satisfy the customer* Keep confidential records and financial information private and secureIn addition to the above, there may arise times when customer service emails volumes are low. In times like these, the candidate would be required to assist other team members such as those in operations in packing or assisting with packing customer orders.What were looking for: Proven customer support experience Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Basic IT skills required and further training with Apple Mac computers provided Exemplary written English skills A can-do attitude, with the willingness to help others.This is a fixed term contract of 3 months, with the possibility of this being extended.Benefits: Casual dress Free parking On-site parkingSchedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, with the possibility of paid overtime.£13.50 p/hCPLiverpoolIndThe Recruitment Co. is an equal opportunities employer and were committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
