Owing to ongoing growth, we are recruiting an MOJ Legal Assistant to progress claims through stage 3 of the MOJ portal to manage a caseload of admitted liability cases,particularly focusing on settling quantum.The successful candidate will have previous experiencewith MOJ and a knowledge of admitted and disputed cases and a knowledge of computers would be desired particularly excel spreadsheets. All MOJ administration and court post will come through you as legalassistantalong with reviewing claimants losses and vehicle related losses including credit hire, drafting witness statements, submitting court proceedings packs via the MOJ portaland issuing the proceedings to the courts.In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers great holiday allowance including UK bank holiday.
